Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of pickup incur a 50% charge of the first day's rate. No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable. Date changes are free of charge subject to fleet availability — just let us know as early as you can.

All vans are released with a reasonable amount of diesel and must be returned full. If returned with less fuel, a refueling fee plus the cost of fuel will apply.
